Delivery

 

We offer two types of UK delivery:

  • Standard Delivery, which should be with you in 3-5 working days.

  • Next Day Delivery, which will be with you the next working day if you place your order by 2pm.

 

We do offer international delivery and please allow up to 14 working days for international delivery.

 

When Products are delivered outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Wibble Foods Limited have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns

 

Refunds

 

Wibble foods ltd are not required to offer money back guarantee’s on purchases as food is exempt from this.

 

Should the Product you have purchased need to be returned due to a fault or an error of Product, please contact Wibble Foods ltd at customer@wibblefoods.co.uk directly for a Return Reference Number. Upon receiving a return reference number, please package the Product securely with padding and return to the address below by a registered form of post. You will also need to include a copy of your receipt, which you will receive by email upon the acceptance of your order. Wibble Foods Ltd, PO Box 75467, London, EW1 9QJ.

 

Should the Product you have purchased need to be returned due to a fault or an error of Product, Wibble Foods LTD will refund the full cost including any delivery charges. This return of delivery charge will not apply if there is not a fault or error made.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected by the Wibble Foods ltd return policy.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer@wibblefoods.com

 

Sale items

 

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please email If you customer@wibblefoods.com and we will help you from there
